By accessing and using the services provided by Div Digital LLC (“Div,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Div provides agentic AI consulting, development, and platform services, including but not limited to: AI Blueprint generation, Agentic Digital Experience Platform (ADXP) architecture, business intelligence dashboards, and autonomous agent deployment.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom code, agents, and architectures built for clients under a paid engagement are owned by the client upon full payment. Div retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the delivery of services.

4. Confidentiality

Div treats all client data, business processes, and operational information as strictly confidential. We deploy all solutions within client-controlled cloud infrastructure with zero-trust security principles.

5. Limitation of Liability

Div Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. All solutions are built within your private cloud infrastructure. We do not store, sell, or share client data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
